ADAM Lallana helped Southampton claim a huge psychological boost over Cherries and then tipped the Dorset club to bounce back.[LNB] Lallana, who still lives in Bournemouth having started his career as a schoolboy at Dean Court, was Saints' star turn during their 3-1 victory on Saturday.[LNB] Goals from Lee Barnard, Dean Hammond and Rickie Lambert saw Saints leapfrog Cherries in the League One table, with Lauri Dalla Valle opening the scoring for the hosts.[LNB] Lallana said: It is a big derby and it means a lot to the fans so to come out on top was massive. There was an extra edge to the game for me because I live in the area and I had a lot of family and friends here. These are the games you want to play in as a footballer.[LNB] We defended and attacked when we had to and dug in at the end after we had gone down to 10 men.[LNB] Bournemouth are in a winning habit and have continued on from last season when they got promotion.[LNB] They are a tight unit, they are doing well and I hope they continue to do well.[LNB] It is not the first time they have had back-to-back defeats and I am sure Lee will pick them up and they will go again on Saturday.[LNB]
