Eddie Howe will be without winger Junior Stanislas for their opening Premier League game against Manchester United on Sunday due to a hernia.

Tyrone Mings, who was ruled out of last season in his debut due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury, is back in training and Howe is hopeful he could make an appearance in September.

The Cherries boss hinted that there are a "couple of niggles" in the squad but he believes they will not be a worry on Sunday.

Provisional squad: Boruc, S. Cook, Smith, L. Cook, Daniels, Francis, Surman, Stanislas,Gosling, Gradel, King, Federici, Wiggins, O'Kane, MacDonald, Pugh, Grabban, Wilson, Ake, Arter, Afobe.
