Jalal: Boss taken us to new level
Howe has presided over a remarkable upturn in results since being installed in the hotseat at the turn of the year.
The Cherries began the season on minus 17 points but they have won four of their last six league outings to move out of the relegation zone.
Jalal said: "The boss is a massive motivator.
"He's been spot-on since the day he came in and has taken the players to a new level.
