Danny Ings is hoping to follow in the foot steps of Brett Pitman and Josh McQuoid. With the departure of Brett Pitman and Josh McQuoid to Championship clubs, Danny Ings is hoping to be the next to graduate from the youth set up. Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Ings is quoted as saying: "It would just be a dream to be the next player coming through the youth system. Getting a spot in the first team and playing week in, week out would be a dream for me. I’m going to do the training, work as hard as I can and try to get into the team and, hopefully, stay in the team when I get my chance. I think going to Dorchester was the best thing that I could have done. Because I had a long-term injury, I didn’t have time to show people my potential and what I can do on the pitch. But going to Dorchester really brought out the best in me".
