As widely expected, Danny Ings has left Dean Court, following a well trodden path to Turf Moor. As expected, Danny Ings is the latest to leave Dean Court, in a move which Eddie Mitchell says has smashed the previous transfer record for an outgoing player. If previous hype is to be believed, then Ings was not going for anything less than £1m. On leaving, Ings is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "Bournemouth gave me the chance. Bradders and Fletch did absolutely everything for me and they kept faith in me when things weren't going my way and I had a little rough patch and wasn't scoring. They stuck by me and helped me get through it. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for those two. Bradders and Fletch helped me to get where I am so I will be following the team and finding out how they do in every game". The 19-year old went on to say: "The same as any other footballer, you want to play to the highest level you can. When an opportunity like this comes up, it is hard to turn down. People would argue against it and say that it wasn't the right time but who knows? It is the risk that I had to take in taking the step up. I think I am ready for the step up and we will just see how it goes".
