The Cherries' squad have been hit by a delay in last month's wages and businessman Adam Murry is leading a consortium to complete a takeover of the club. Bournemouth began the campaign on minus 17 points but, despite the handicap and the uncertainty surrounding the club's future, Howe has guided his side to four wins from their last six outings. However, the Cherries boss conceded: "The players have been first-class but what's going on off the field worries me. "Talks with new owners are ongoing this week and may threaten my position, but we've just got to concentrate on getting results."
