Howe signs new deal at Cherries
Howe, who at 31 is the youngest manager in the Football League, was out of contract while assistant Tindall had a year left at Dean Court.
The duo will now remain on the south coast for three years and will look to build on last season's achievements.
After joining in January the Cherries manager and assistant manager steered the club away from relegation, despite having a 17 point deficit to contend with.
