Howe ready to make "tough decisions"

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe admits he is facing a selection headache ahead of his team's opening npower League One clash on Saturday. The promoted Cherries travel to Charlton to begin life in the third tier on the back of an impressive pre-season campaign, which concluded with a young XI hammering local team Dorchester 5-0. Howe says he has plenty to ponder for the trip to The Valley - although the 32-year-old admits it`s a position he is happy to be in. He told the Bournemouth Echo: "Everybody has impressed and it is going to be difficult to pick a side. But that's a pleasing thing from my point of view. "Everyone will want to be in the team for Charlton and I will have to make some tough decisions. But it's a good position to be in. It's a very long season so some may be disappointed for that game. "But things can change very quickly and, as long as the lads are together as a group and with the same goal, hopefully we will be okay."
