Howe looking for strong mentality
The 31-year-old became the youngest manager in the Football League on Monday following a brief role as caretaker following Jimmy Quinn's departure on New Year's Eve.[LNB]Howe, who was previously the Cherries' Centre of Excellence manager, lost both games since after appointed caretaker manager.[LNB]He said: "I'd like to change the players' mentality because I think we're a bit weak in that area.[LNB]"We know there are things to improve on and a lot to work on.
