Howe grounded after Cherries win

The Cherries swept aside last season's beaten League Two play-off semi-finalists 3-0 thanks to goals from Brett Pitman, Anton Robinson and Mark Molesley. The first and final goals from Pitman and Molesley were particularly excellent strikes, both being hammered home from outside the box. Howe said: "That's a really good start for us, but straight away I want to say that we won't be getting carried away. "I am delighted though, if someone had offered me that before the game I'd have snatched their hands off. "There was some excellent build-up play from us and it was pleasing to see much of our hard work from the pre-season efforts pay off. It was nice to grab a clean sheet too. I thought we looked solid pretty much all afternoon."
