Home Improvements Necessary

Manager Eddie Howe acknoledges that an improvement in home form is required to get promoted. With the away record now better than the home record, and the last home league win coming against Torquay United at the end of December, manager Eddie Howe is calling for improvement to the home record, being quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I don’t think we have hit the heights at home recently so it would be nice to get back on our own turf and put on a really good performance. We’re at a crucial stage of the season and games come thick and fast during the run-in. This is when we need to be on good form. Cheltenham are fighting for their lives at the wrong end of the table and, as everyone knows from our experience last season, they are going to give everything to try to get out of the situation so we need to do things right ourselves".
