Since stepping up to the caretakers manager role, Paul Groves has gone on record to praise his backroom support staff, being quoted on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "Everyone is playing their part. The people behind the scenes don't always get the praise or the recognition they deserve at times, but that's the way football works. It has been a difficult week for everybody. There are people, players and staff, who have been at the football club for a while and would have had a strong relationship with those who have left. They work extremely hard, and they have to be commended for that. Everybody has pulled together at a difficult time".
