The Cherries, who are second in League Two, salvaged a late draw against fellow promotion hopefuls Notts County last time out and now face a tough trip to Blundell Park to keep their current three-point lead over third-placed County intact.[LNB]Fletcher insists the clash with the Mariners carries just as much weight as the County game and believes his team-mates must be at their best to pick up the three points.[LNB]"In the huddle at the end of the Notts County game we said that we have to take that form into the Grimsby game," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"It's going to be a totally different game but just as difficult and we are going to have to show the same amount of character and desire to get anything from it.[LNB]"We've taken four points off Notts County this season and not many teams will do that so it's important that we go to other places like Grimsby and get results."[LNB][LNB]
