Fletcher happy as super-sub

Bournemouth veteran striker Steven Fletcher is relishing his new role as a super-sub. Fletcher changed the game when he entered the field in the Cherries` 3-2 win over MK Dons at the weekend and is certainly enjoying coming off the bench. "You're in a no-lose situation when you come on in these circumstances. I felt like I was in my mid-20s running around out there," he told The Bournemouth Daily Echo. "If I can come on and win a couple of headers and cause a bit of mayhem then it gives me a lift more than anything else. If the crowd gets a lift then it can have a snowball effect with the other players. "I know my role and I know why Eddie (Howe) puts me on the bench and brings me on when he does."
