Steve Fletcher has issued a rallying call to the Bournemouth faithful, urging them to get behind the club's new management duo. The veteran Cherries striker has been appointed as player-assistant to caretaker boss Lee Bradbury, and he says the support of the fans could make all the difference. "Fans want to see the team do well, no more so than Bradders and I. We just want them behind us, as they have been with managers for the 18 or so years I've been here," he told the Daily Echo. "Every time a new management team has come in, the supporters have always got behind the team and the staff and that is all we are asking for. "We will be giving everything we've got and everything we have. I am 100 per cent sure we've got the players behind us." Bournemouth face league leaders Brighton at home in their next match, having drawn 0-0 at Rochdale in Bradbury's first game at the helm.
