Fletcher desperate for victories

The Cherries' survival hopes have been hit by two defeats over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend against Barnet and Brentford. Now they face two massive games which could effectively decide their fate. Fletcher said: "Chester and Grimsby are our next two matches and, as they are the two sides down there with us, we've simply got to win. "The Brentford defeat was very hard to take as they only created about one chance and that won the match. But to be fair to them they showed terrific resolve and repelled everything we threw at them. "Everything is in our own hands. I've played in the Conference before and I don't want to go back there again."
