Fletcher concern for Crewe clash
Fletcher pulled his hamstring in last weekend's defeat at Northampton and missed training for the first half of this week as a result. He will have a precautionary scan ahead of the game.
Liam Feeney is also hopeful of being involved after suffering a thigh strain while Marvin Bartley and Alan Connell both played 90 minutes for the reserves on Tuesday as they push to be included from the start.
Manager Eddie Howe is without long-term absentees Shaun Cooper (hip), Danny Hollands (knee) and Jeff Goulding (ankle), although Hollands has started running after surgery to remove scar tissue.
Howe is unable to add to his small squad due to a transfer embargo that the club are not confident will be lifted before the close of the transfer window next Tuesday, so assistant manager Jason Tindall may have to be named on the bench.
