With the Cherries looking to strengthen the playing squad for live in the Championshiip, the Club have confirmed that a bid for Danny Ings (currently at Burnley) has been rejected by the Lancashire club.
Ings left AFC Bournemouth for Burnley in Summer 2011, in a deal said to be worth £1m. Even though the initial approach was rejected, it's reported that a further bid is likely to be tabled.
