Dale trip bites the dust
Rochdale`s npower League One home clash against Bournemouth has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
The club held a pitch inspection on Friday morning at 10am when it was decided the playing surface was unsafe, with temperatures of up to minus six degrees overnight and further freezing weather forecast over the next 24 hours.
No new date for the fixture has yet been announced.
Meanwhile, forward Nicholas Bignall has extended his loan stay at Dean Court by a further month.
