Cooper injury blow for Cherries
Cooper, who agreed a new one-year contract at Dean Court earlier this month, made 39 appearances for the club last season.
Assistant manager Jason Tindall told BBC Radio Solent: "It's a blow because Shaun is a big player for us. He's got to take time to get himself right."
