It's been well documented over the year that there's not a great deal of love lost between West Ham United and Millwall, so for Collison, his home debut against Millwall could add a bit more spice to the occassion.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, the loanee is quoted as saying: "As soon as I signed, I checked the fixtures and it was great to see Millwall coming up at the weekend. I have had a few texts from West Ham fans and people at the club telling me to put one over them and, if selected, it would be fantastic to nick a goal. The Millwall games are always going to be extra special for me. Not only that, it is a chance to play in front of the home fans for the first time and, more importantly, to get a positive result".
