AFC Bournemouth and the Bournemouth Echo have (finally) kissed and made up.

If the 'drama' of the season hasn't come on the pitch this season, it's certainly come off it, which led to AFC Bournemouth and the Bournemouth Echo having a very public divorce, which has now been put to bed.

In a joint statement issued Eddie Mitchell is quoted as saying: "We agreed to meet with Neil Meldrum (Sports Editor) and Toby Granville (Editor), and I am happy that together we were able to find a resolution. We can now look forward to a bright future for AFC Bournemouth, and I am pleased the paper will be there to cover the action for our supporters".

For the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Toby Granville, is quoted as saying: "We are delighted to have resolved our differences so we are able to start covering the football club again. We now look forward to once again providing our readers with the coverage of AFC Bournemouth they have come to expect".
