DISAPPOINTED Joe Roach admitted we've got to be better than that after watching Cherries' under-18s suffer a 4-0 thumping.[LNB] The head of youth revealed his team were bitterly disappointed after falling to a heavy defeat at the hands of Torquay United at Chapel Gate on Saturday.[LNB] Cherries' hopes were not helped by a back injury to defender Tim Stephenson and the loss of Harry Bell, who pulled out during the warm-up.[LNB] But boss Roach did not seek to make any excuses following the match.[LNB] He told the Echo: It was a poor performance, if I'm honest.[LNB] We've got to put it down as a one-off because there wasn't a performance in the game.[LNB] Cherries, who finished the match with 10 men after Tom Hill suffered concussion late on, fielded ex-Wolves keeper Oliver Rodgers in goal.[LNB] Cherries: Rodgers, Vokes (Annetts, 58), Strugnell, Oldring, Hester, Green, Magookin, Hill, Parsons (Zocci, 71), Kemble, Stockley.
