"Eddie is very professional. He's easy to talk to and the lads have a lot of respect for him." Bournemouth have 10 matches left to avoid the drop to non-league football and preserve an 86-year stay in the Football League. The Cherries sit two places above the League Two drop zone. Hollands added: "It's just the same as last year. We have a great team spirit and the lads that have come in have settled well. "We have a great respect for Eddie and Jason Tindall and the whole squad and management have got to stick together. We're very positive in our minds and that's one of the key things." Bournemouth travel to Macclesfield on Saturday.
