Cherries: Symes closing in on a return

CHERRIES boss Eddie Howe has reported good news on the injury front as Cherries aim to end their away-day hoodoo.[LNB] The Dean Court outfit go in search of just their second League One victory on the road this season when they visit Swindon Town tomorrow (3pm).[LNB] On the back of defeats at MK Dons, Notts County and Hartlepool United, Cherries will also be aiming to avoid a fourth consecutive loss.[LNB] They could be boosted by the return of frontman Michael Symes, while talented utility man Shaun Cooper could feature after returning for 45 minutes at stadium:mk on Tuesday.[LNB] Howe told the Echo: We introduced Shaun Cooper back into the team and he did very well and got through 45 minutes.[LNB] How much football he can play in the next two games over three days, we don't know. But we're delighted to have him back.[LNB] Anton Robinson was ill and that's why he came off at half-time. He will, hopefully, be okay.[LNB] Michael Symes has had a couple of days' training under his belt, so he's that much closer.[LNB] Discussing his side's away form, Howe added: Our performances are okay. In the second half against MK Dons, we were excellent.[LNB] But we need to put it together.
