Hollands served the club notice due to unpaid wages last month but has now retracted his actions after the League Two side were taken over by the Murry Group. "I never wanted to leave the club, it wasn't a case of that," he told the Daily Echo. "The players knew the reasons behind it and I explained it to all of them. "We're a really tight bunch and we do things together. They knew why I did it and so did the manager and the players. "As far as I'm concerned, it's finished with. I want to look forward to the season and, hopefully, no fans will hold a grudge against me." Hollands replaced Shaun Cooper as the Cherries' skipper after he was ruled out for at least six months with a groin injury.
