Cherries owner Baker given time
A winding-up petition on AFC Bournemouth Ltd, heard at the High Court in London on Wednesday, was adjourned after Baker stumped up £10,000 to fight off the threat.[LNB]The petition, issued by solicitors Portner & Jaskell, is for £28,000 of remaining money owed to Magic Solutions Ltd.[LNB]The court heard that Baker will be in a position to pay the remaining debt within 28 days, either come from Baker personally, or from the sale of the club to another consortium by the end of February.[LNB][LNB]
