Cherries: No new midfielder before Valley

LEE Bradbury revealed that his search for a new midfielder was well under way but confirmed it was unlikely to yield a signing ahead of tomorrow's trip to Charlton.[LNB] The Cherries boss wants to bolster his resources in the wake of Anton Robinson's departure to League One rivals Huddersfield.[LNB] Robinson's exit, for a fee believed to have been in the region of £250,000, saw him follow fellow engine-room stars Marvin Bartley and Danny Hollands out of Seward Stadium.[LNB] Harry Arter, Mark Molesley and summer signing Steven Gregory are battling to fill the available positions for Cherries, with injured Joe Partington also likely to come into the mix when he returns to fitness.[LNB] But manager Bradbury remains keen to add to his midfield options.[LNB] He said: We were disappointed to lose Anton. He was one of our most consistent players and did well for us during all of last season. He will be a loss but as one door closes, another one opens for someone else.[LNB] We are not going to have anyone in by the start of the Charlton game so it gives somebody else a chance.[LNB] Bradbury added: We are actively searching the market for a replacement. We have only got three fit central midfielders at the moment so I need another one.[LNB]
