CHAIRMAN Eddie Mitchell says his desire to keep Cherries' squad intact is a major factor behind the decision to hand out long-term contracts.[LNB] Midfield duo Mark Molesley and Harry Arter last week joined Danny Ings and Joe Partington in tying themselves to the Dean Court outfit until 2013 The move to secure the talented quartet forms a key part of the club's attempts to build on their recent success, according to Mitchell.[LNB] He insists Lee Bradbury's high-fliers are capable of competing at the top of League One and is determined to retain the players' services.[LNB] He told the Echo: We have got a bunch of lads capable of playing at the top of this division and I want to keep them that is the thinking behind it (the new contracts).[LNB] We want to build the club and the team and I want to give Bradders the support I can.[LNB] I want our boys to know they have got a place here and they have got a job to do. They are capable of doing it.[LNB] Speaking after completing deals for Molesley and Arter, boss Bradbury said: We want to keep the team together.[LNB] We have come in and spoken about the players we want to keep and we want to try to tie them down until 2013 so we can concentrate on building the club.[LNB]
