Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has injury concerns ahead of his side's FA Cup first-round clash with League One rivals Tranmere. Shaun Cooper and Michael Symes are ruled out for the visit of Les Parry's men after missing the game at Brentford in midweek. Cooper has been struggling with a calf injury and Symes has a shoulder problem. Howe is hopeful defender Ryan Garry and playmaker Marc Pugh are fit after struggling with injuries. Top scorer Pugh is likely to return to give the Cherries more attacking options while Garry needs to shrug off a knee injury. Lee Bradbury and Harry Arter both impressed against the Bees and will keep their places in the side, while Marvin Bartley is another options at Howe's disposal. Howe does have Adam Smith available after Tottenham gave permission for the on-loan man to play.
