Cherries: Lee's patience call over young strikers

LEE Bradbury believes Cherries' young frontmen possess the ability to become Dean Court stars and is urging people to be patient with the emerging talents.[LNB] The seasoned campaigner, who has more than 100 career goals to his name, has been impressed by the club's up-and-coming strikers.[LNB] Teenager Danny Ings and rookie striker Lyle Taylor formed an inexperienced strike partnership in Tuesday's 2-0 defeat at MK Dons. Ings, a product of Cherries' youth set-up, was substituted after half an hour, having been handed his full debut alongside non-league recruit Taylor.[LNB] The pair, as well as hot prospect Jayden Stockley, have found themselves involved in the first team perhaps earlier than expected following the departures of hotshots Brett Pitman and Josh McQuoid.[LNB] Bradbury, who has represented the likes of Portsmouth, Manchester City and Crystal Palace in a distinguished career, insists his team-mates need time to develop their skills.[LNB] They've come into the squad and done really well, the veteran utility man told the Echo.[LNB] Jayden and Ingsy have come in and they look young men. They look really good prospects for the club.[LNB] Ings and Taylor were handed opportunities at stadium:mk and will be in contention to feature when Cherries visit League One rivals Swindon Town tomorrow (3pm).[LNB] Bradbury said: They are both good players different players but both good at what they do.[LNB] Lyle is a hold-up sort of player and brings players into the game.[LNB] Ingsy can make a goal out of nothing. He's sharp and is always going to be a threat.[LNB] Ingsy has been brilliant in training for the past couple of weeks and it is the same with all the other boys.[LNB] They always work hard and put in extra work and try to improve day in, day out, which can only be good for them.[LNB] They are still young and still learning.[LNB] Bradbury added: They're only young lads, just breaking in and cutting their teeth.[LNB] Given patience and a little bit of time, they will be great players for the club and great assets.[LNB] Centre forward Michael Symes, who missed out on Tuesday, could boost Cherries' striking resources at the County Ground.[LNB] The former Accrington star is back in training after overcoming troublesome groin and shoulder problems.[LNB]
