Cherries teenager Danny Ings believes he is learning about the physical nature of senior football and hopes to feature as a central striker after extending his loan at Dorchester Town.[LNB] The first-year professional this week sealed a further month at the Avenue Stadium following his initial spell with Cherries' Dorset neighbours.[LNB] Ings, 18, will now continue his education with the Conference South outfit, while he is set to make his fifth Magpies appearance in tomorrow's FA Cup tie at Havant and Waterlooville.[LNB] He told the Echo: I've learned a lot about the physical side of things.[LNB] Playing reserve games is not as tough as first-team football and, even though it is lower leagues, it is a lot tougher.[LNB] It's a really, really good experience, which is why I extended the contract.[LNB] He added: In the first game, when I started on the left, I had a really strong game.[LNB] But then the next two games I wasn't as prolific on the wing, so the manager moved me up top later in the games and I've become more of a threat there. Hopefully, he will see that and give me more time up front.[LNB] Dorchester boss Ashley Vickers told the Dorset Echo: Danny is one of those lads who has a lot of belief in himself, but not in an arrogant way. He wants to be involved and I know he will work his socks off for us.[LNB] Danny would like to play up front more often and he will probably get that chance tomorrow as Giuseppe Sole is unable to play.[LNB]
