DANNY Hollands says Eddie Howe's troops have no immediate plans to demand union action against Cherries' transfer embargo and are determined to solider on in times of adversity.[LNB] Hollands, who shares Professional Footballers' Association representative duties with team-mate Scottie Guyett, is one of a number of players who has put his career on the line this season.[LNB] The industrious midfielder was hurried back following knee surgery in the summer and has since managed to make 26 successive appearances despite not being fully fit.[LNB] Hollands, like a number of his team-mates, has been asked to play through the pain barrier as Cherries' resources have been drastically affected by the ongoing transfer ban.[LNB] Matters came to a head when the Football League controversially blocked their latest bid to add a temporary recruit just hours before the midweek clash at Rotherham.[LNB] However, although attempts to sign Doncaster's Mustapha Dumbuya bit the dust, Hollands netted twice as Howe's men pulled off an against-all-odds victory over their promotion rivals.[LNB] Hollands, 24, told the Daily Echo: We've had numerous people trying to play with niggles this season and a few of them are still suffering now as a result.[LNB] As players, it just gets our backs up that we aren't allowed to bring in other players. But, as a squad, we are trying to make sure we become stronger and better for it.[LNB] We've been through a lot in the past few years and it has made us stronger as a group. This is another hurdle that we are determined to overcome.[LNB] We are desperate to achieve something as a group. Our focus is to put something on the board.[LNB] Whoever we are playing and whichever 11 players the manager puts on the pitch, we will try to our best and try to win every game.[LNB] Hollands, asked by the Daily Echo whether the players had any plans to contact their union, replied: Not at this point, no.[LNB] Winning our past couple of games has put us in a good frame of mind. But, if things were different and the manager was to say something or if it ever got to the stage where we only had one or two on the bench, I'm sure we would have to think about it.[LNB] Cherries were only able to name 13 fit professionals for the clash against Rotherham, with twice-retired assistant manager Jason Tindall and second-year trainee Dan Thomas both on the bench.[LNB] ¢ Cherries have been charged with failing to control their players / officials by the FA following on-pitch trouble at Aldershot on January 23.[LNB] Both clubs have until February 12 to respond.[LNB]
