The League refused a request for Eddie Howe to be able to add loan signings to his depleted squad.[LNB]Howe currently has 19 professionals on the books but Shaun Cooper, Mark Molesley, Scott Guyett, Sammy Igoe and Jeff Goulding are all sidelined through injury - a situation which has forced assistant manager Jason Tindall to come out of retirement.[LNB]Mitchell told the Daily Echo: "We asked the Football League board if they would lift the absolute embargo which was previously placed on the club to allow loan players, but they said no.[LNB]"It is disappointing we can't at least carry 20 members of the squad.[LNB]"It puts pressure on the players because we are down to a smaller squad than the 19.
