Cherries chairman Eddie Mitchell tonight told supporters that income from the sale of players and boss Eddie Howe's departure would wipe out the club's legacy debts.[LNB] Speaking at a fans' forum at Dean Court, Mitchell earned applause after delivering the news to around 200 Cherries followers.[LNB] When asked about the situation regarding payments to HM Revenue and Customs and stadium landlords Structadene, he said: The HMRC payments are bang up to date and the rent arrears we've got now total just over £100,000.[LNB] The funds we've got coming in from the sale of players and (compensation for) Eddie Howe and Jason Tindall outstrips the rent, so we are debt free.[LNB] When I say we're debt free, the directors are owed money but there are no pressing issues with that. We are prepared to leave in our money to build the club.[LNB] Mitchell also confirmed that Cherries were looking into the feasibility of building a replica of the Steve Fletcher Stand at the South End of the ground, which is currently only served by temporary seating. Mitchell said that move is likely to be reliant on whether Cherries achieve promotion to the Championship.[LNB] On the field, Lee Bradbury reported positive news on injured trio Ryan Garry, Mark Molesley and Steve Lovell.[LNB] Defender Garry saw a specialist yesterday and his shin injury has been diagnosed as a nerve problem. Bradbury said the centre-half was likely to undergo a procedure to speed up his recovery.[LNB] The Cherries boss predicted that long-term absentees Molesley and Lovell could be set to return within three or four weeks.[LNB] Molesley has already played an hour for the reserves after overcoming a long-standing foot problem, while Lovell has stepped up his comeback bid with running sessions following an ankle injury.[LNB] Meanwhile, Mitchell revealed that his son Tom played a major role in his decision to appoint Bradbury and Steve Fletcher as successors to managerial duo Howe and Tindall.[LNB] Mitchell junior, a non-league player with Wimborne Town, has trained with the club's first team and told the fans' forum that he saw first-hand the level of respect Cherries' squad had for Bradbury and Fletcher.[LNB] FOR MORE CHERRIES NEWS, INCLUDING A FEATURE ON DANNY INGS, SEE TOMORROW'S ECHO.[LNB]
