Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs last week issued the League Two club with a winding-up petition relating to an unpaid tax bill of £314,000 - with a hearing set for March 31.[LNB]The trust has reservations over the club's handling of affairs off the field, but Mitchell insists he will not shy away from any questions that the supporters' group have.[LNB]He told the Bournemouth Echo: "On behalf of the board, if anyone wants to meet myself and Neill Blake (chief executive) on Thursday, they can see where every penny has gone and we can explain things to them.[LNB]"We are quite happy to sit down with them."[LNB][LNB]
