Cherries: Bradbury delighted with Moles' return to form
BOSS Lee Bradbury believes the versatility of fit-again Mark Molesley will prove perfect for Cherries.[LNB] The midfielder is enjoying a productive pre-season after returning to fitness following a lengthy spell on the sidelines.[LNB] Out of action with a persistent foot problem for 17 months prior to his comeback last term, Molesley has been restricted to just 14 appearances in the past two campaigns.[LNB] The 30-year-old is desperate to make up for lost time and caught the eye when scoring three goals in the opening two friendlies against Hamworthy Recreation and Poole Town this summer.[LNB] Molesley, plucked from the non-league ranks by former boss Jimmy Quinn, established himself as a fans' favourite and was handed a new contract until 2013 in February.[LNB] And Bradbury has been delighted by the form of a player he regards as a top talent.[LNB] Bradbury said: Mark has done great. He has looked after himself over the summer and worked very hard in the close season.[LNB] He is reaping the benefits now. He scored a couple of good goals at Hamworthy Recreation and looked very sharp against Poole.[LNB] Moles has got that little change of direction in his locker and he causes a lot of problems in central midfield.[LNB] He is equally comfortable playing on the left, the right or in the centre. He is a gifted player and can slot into any of those positions and it is great for me to know he can do that.[LNB] As well as being an exciting performer on the pitch, Bradbury says Molesley is a good role model off the park for the club's up-and-coming players.[LNB] The Cherries manager added: He is a joker but when it comes down to work, he works very hard. He is one of the senior professionals that the younger boys look up to and he is a great character to have about.[LNB]
