Cherries boss gracious in defeat

The Cherries went behind to a Marc Pugh goal before Steve Fletcher levelled 10 minutes later. But Pugh struck again to earn the points, although Howe's men stay top of the league. "On another day we could have come away with a draw," Howe said. "Hereford have brought in some good players and I thought the boy (James) Walker up front was a real handful. "Their two wide lads are also good players but we knew it was going to be a hard game and they didn't disappoint us. "Our goalkeeper (Shwan Jalal) made some good saves. He's come back this season really sharp and has been outstanding for us."
