One in, two out for Cherries

Bournemouth can welcome back Yann Kermorgant from suspension for the visit of West Brom in the Capital One Cup, but Steve Cook and Harry Arter are banned.

Striker Kermorgant has completed a three-match ban following his red card at Bolton three weeks ago, although he may struggle to get back into a side which memorably scored eight goals at Birmingham on Saturday.

However, boss Eddie Howe will have to make at least two changes with defender Cook and midfielder Arter ruled out after collecting their fifth bookings of the season at St Andrew's.

Elliott Ward and Joe Partington remain on the sidelines as they recover from long-term knee injuries.

Strikers Victor Anichebe and Brown Ideye could start for West Brom with head coach Alan Irvine likely to make several changes.

Anichebe scored after coming off the substitutes' bench to help the Baggies to a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday while B#10million summer buy Ideye is fit again after an ankle problem.

Boaz Myhill could start in goal while Gareth McAuley, Cristian Gamboa and Youssouf Mulumbu may be recalled.

Winger Silvestre Varela is unlikely to be risked as he recovers from groin surgery, Jonas Olsson is struggling with an Achilles problem while Claudio Yacob is in his native Argentina due to family illness.
