Kermorgant to miss Addicks reunion

Bournemouth will be without Yann Kermorgant when they host Charlton.

The experienced forward will be unable to line-up against his former side as he serves the first game of a three-match suspension for his straight red card at Bolton last time out and that means a space in the side to partner two-goal hero Callum Wilson against the Addicks.

Brett Pitman and South African Tokelo Rantie, who netted in his side's victory over Congo on Saturday, look set to compete for that starting spot as Eddie Howe's men prepare for the first of seven matches in 22 days.

The Cherries are starting to find form again having won three of their last four matches in all competitions.

Charlton hope Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Frederic Bulot will be fit for the trip.

Icelandic winger Gudmundson is back in training after an ankle injury and faces a fitness test along with midfielder Bulot, whose condition will be assessed after a gruelling jouney home from international duty with Gabon on Thursday.

Striker Simon Church misses out and faces a spell on the sidelines after dislocating his shoulder playing for Wales.

Defender Tal Ben Haim is set to to return to the starting line-up having been given permission to miss the 1-1 draw against Birmingham a fortnight ago so that he could observe the Jewish holy day Yom Kippur.
