Bournemouth given emergency loan

The Football League have granted AFC Bournemouth an emergency one-month loan, after the club could only name a 14-man squad at home to Burton. Cherries boss Eddie Howe told BBC Radio Solent:" At this stage we probably need more than one, although it will help. "I want to make sure we bring in the right player. We don't want to bring in someone for the sake of it," Howe said. Chairman Eddie Mitchell added that the Football League will review the club's transfer embargo on 8th October. Howe could only name three substitutes as the league leaders beat Burton Albion 1-0 last Saturday. The three included assistant manager Jason Tindall and 16 year-old youth player Jayden Stockley.
