Drew Talbot scored twice to give Chesterfield a victory against league leaders Bournemouth.Talbot capitalised on an error by Cherries keeper Shwan Jalal to score his first before slotting home his second from just inside the area. Steve Fletcher's header hit the bar as the home side rallied after the break. Danny Hollands scored from 15 yards on 75 minutes and Bournemouth almost levelled in the final minute as Alan Connell's shot was blocked on the line. Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe told BBC Radio Solent: "First half we were poor and off the pace and Chesterfield dictated. "We played ever so well in the second half, we kept the ball well and got on top. "I think on the balance of power a draw would have been the right outcome" Chesterfield manager John Sheridan told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I'm obviously very pleased with the result. I thought the first-half we played really well. "We dominated the first half and I expected them to come out at us. "We defended well, showed a bit of character and have got a little bit of belief. On our day, we are as good as anyone in the division."
