Beware - Coventry City Are Coming

Manager Eddie Howe warns of the danger Coventry City are going to pose on Tuesday evening.

Coventry City head south to Dean Court for the first time since a convincing 4-0 drubbing of the Cherries way back in the September 1988 when the Sky Blues visited for a League Cup match. For their last visit in the League, we've got to go back to March 21st, 1964 when the Cherries ran out 2-1 winners.

Circumstances are very different as both Clubs bid to work their way in to the Champioship for next season.

Manager Eddie Howe issues a warning that Coventry City will be no push over, being quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "They kept a lot of the better younger players that they came down with from the Championship and they added a couple of really good and experienced players into their group. They are a dangerous team and, potentially, as good as anything in the league, so we are going to have to be at our best to beat Coventry. Because they have come from so far back like we did, it makes them even more dangerous".
