Mathieu Baudry has signed a new deal. Frenchman, Mathieu Baudry, has signed a one-year deal to remain at Dean Court. Signed back in January, Baudry made four appearances, the most notable being against Bristol Rovers when he scored his first goal for the Club to help secure a vital 2-1 win over the Pirates. On the contract extention, Steve Fletcher is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "He has a great work ethic. For someone who wasn’t in the team regularly, he showed us everything we would hope for in a player. “He was the last one off the training field and he went to the gym in the afternoons when other people weren’t there. Even in games when he hadn’t played, Mathieu was on the pitch afterwards going through his routine and having a good work-out. If you went for a cool down at 5.10pm, Mathieu would be out there doing his own stuff, off his own back. You can’t instil that in a player".
