Bartley: There was no intent
The midfielder was shown his first professional red card for a two-footed at lunge in the 43rd minute as Eddie Howe's men went down 5-0 to the Shrimps.[LNB]The tackle has also ensured Bartley will play no further part in Bournemouth's 2009 fixtures against Notts County, Cheltenham and Torquay due to suspension.[LNB]"I haven't seen the tackle again, but everyone knows I never go out to hurt people," Bartley told the Echo. "I go out to win the ball and from time to time I will catch the man.[LNB]"I was frustrated that we were losing the game, but that had nothing to do with the challenge.[LNB]"But there is nothing I can do about it now. I'll just have to stay fit and work hard until I get my chance again."[LNB][LNB]
