Bartley salutes 'brilliant' boss Howe
Howe, 32, has been a revelation since replacing Jimmy Quinn at the helm and has transformed the Cherries from a side battling against relegation to one flying high in second position in League Two.[LNB]Bartley said: "It's brilliant because he always says to the boys, 'you know your own body', so if it comes to training and you don't feel 100% right then you can go to him and say 'I don't feel 100% gaffer' and you'll probably be in the gym or whatever.[LNB]"That is really good man management because, having such a small squad, everyone has got to be at the peak of their performance at all times.[LNB]"It's been great working under him and obviously he's a good up-and-coming manager."[LNB][LNB]
