Arter recalled by Cherries

Carlisle have seen their hopes of extending Harry Arter`s loan stay dashed after the midfielder was recalled by parent club Bournemouth. The 21-year-old has spent one month at Brunton Park, scoring on his debut against Brighton at the start of March before going on to make a total of five appearances. Cumbrians boss Greg Abbott told United`s official website: "We actually wanted to extend the loan spell with Harry but Bournemouth have been happy with how he has played since he joined us and they have taken him back. "There`s absolutely nothing we can do about that, but we do wish him all the very best as he goes back to his parent club. "We`ve enjoyed working with him and he`s one that we`ll definitely keep an eye on."
