Accrington Stanley boss John Coleman was pleased to see all his hard work on the training ground pay off as his side secured a comfortable 3-1 win at Dagenham & Redbridge on Sunday.
The win lifts Stanley into mid-table and Coleman believes his side can build on their recent good form and continue to move upwards.
He said: "I was delighted with the win and delighted with the way we played, we worked very hard.
"You have to give Dagenham credit. They've some quality and came back at us after we'd scored but we probably knocked the stuffing out of them with going right back in front again.
"When you work on set-plays and they come off like that it's very pleasing and it did seem to knock the wind out of their sails."
