Stanley extend Charnock loan

Accrington Stanley have extended Kieran Charnock's loan stay at the Fraser Eagle Stadium until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old defender has made 15 appearances since joining John Coleman's side back in October.

"The player, who joined the club on emergency loan back in October, will remain with the Reds until the May 2," confirmed a club statement.

"Kieran must sit out our game against Darlington (on Saturday) after he picked up his fifth booking of the season when we played Rochdale on Saturday."
