Accrington Stanley striker Paul Mullin believes the club can challenge for the Conference title next season.
Mullin thinks that the club's decision to go full-time next season will prove the tonic the Reds need to move to the next level.
"Going full-time will make a big difference to us, especially at the business end of the season," he told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
"Our fitness told in the end, especially with the extra travelling that we had in the FA Cup.
"But I believe that we can challenge for the title next season because, on our day, we're as good as anybody in that league. I'd be extremely disappointed if we didn't at least make the play-offs."
